Why Do Some People Move Faster?
Do you ever wish you could?
In the birth chart, getting things done = Mars.
It's our energy, our drive, and our way of "doing".
Mars is a planet that attacks — like a soldier leading a charge, or a lumberjack cutting down a tree.
But we all have a different way of doing that.
Why This Matters Right Now
This week, you need to start something important.
Right now, Saturn & Neptune are sitting at the start of the zodiac (0° Aries), and they're asking you to build a dream.
Not later.
Now.
You don't have to build the whole thing.
But you do need to start — because Aries is the sign of initiation and action.
So let's talk about Mars (Aries' ruler) — your key to getting started, moving fast, and getting sh*t done your way.
Your Mars Sign vs. Your Mars House
Your Mars Sign = how you take action.
Your Mars House = what you have unlimited energy for.
Both of these matter.
Here's an example.
Last year, I worked with a contractor whose Mars was in Cancer — the cyclical, feminine sign of the Moon.
She structured her entire workflow around her menstrual cycle. When she tried to work in a corporate, linear way, she burned out badly.
Her Mars blueprint literally wasn't compatible with due dates and rigid project plans.
So now she works in a deeply cyclical rhythm instead.
Interestingly, her Mars is in the 12th house — the house of spirituality — and in the few months we worked together, she went on three different spiritual retreats.
Your Mars Sign: How You Take Action
Maybe you:
- Act fast (Aries)
- Move slowly and steadily (Taurus)
- Work best when you follow emotional or energetic cycles (Cancer)
None of these are wrong.
But they are yours.
And the more you fight your natural Mars style, the more you'll resent the work you're doing.
Your Mars House: Where You Have Unlimited Energy
Your Mars house often shows where you can go all day without burning out.
Maybe you can:
- Work all day and night (6th house)
- Play with your kids for hours (5th house)
- Go on podcasts every day and feel energized by it (3rd house)
There's usually something in your life you can't get enough of.
That's probably where you'll find your Mars.
